Why is Waze saying to turn right when turning left is allowed on the editor?

Right at the start, coming out of Booker’s Car Park, Waze instructs you to turn right, then do a u-turn - but on the Map Editor, turning left is allowed.

Any ideas why Waze is being weird?

That is odd. Must be something wrong with the node thats not obvious. I’d recommend disconnecting the car park road, deleting the node, and then connecting again, then check if its working after the tile update in a couple of days.

Looks like thats fixed it. On WME anyway, the Live Map still shows an error but that works on a different timeline I think.
Don’t forget to tick “none” for street and city on the parking road.

That is a strange one, it’s still showing the error on the live map. Like you both, I can’t see what’s actually wrong.
