WME does not detect street name changes in case or diacritics (e.g., "hẽm" → "Hẻm")

Steps to reproduce this issue:
Steps to reproduce:

1. Select an existing street.
2. Edit the street name field.
3. Change only the case or diacritics (e.g., “abc” → “Abc” or “Hẽm” → “Hẻm”).

Expected result:
WME should detect the change and allow saving the updated street name.

Actual result:
WME does not recognize the change and reverts the input back to the original value.

Workaround:
Manually delete the affected character(s), save, reload the page, then re-enter the correct character(s).
