WTA: Road naming ending with Alphabet in cap or not?

I came across naming road ending with alphabet, ie. Jalan 1/149L. Should the “L” be using small letter or cap? Google Maps uses “l” (small letter) instead of Cap. Road signage used CAP.

Which one to adopt?

I would use ‘L’ for better readability.

i use CAPS for all except “i”. would use lower for “o” too but havent come across any yet.
