A303 closure - data error?

Hi,

Just noticed on livemap and in the client that the w/b A303 is currently marked as closed between Bullington and Andover, however both the URs and the roadworks info on the Highways Agency site suggest the closures are only in place overnight (10pm-6am).

I’d suggest someone with access to the closure data has a look to see if there’s been a case of fatfingeritis during the data entry, or if something else has gone screwy with the closure mechanism…

I can see in the closures sheet that the closure has been listed to end at 18:00:00 today (19th). Looks as though there may have been a mistake from that user relating to the 12 and 24 hour clock. All the other closures appear to be correct.
I have updated the details in the sheet but I’m not sure how often Waze check it to action the change.

It’s also due to be closed over night tonight and reopen at 6am tomorrow.
