Hi, I’m trying to accept edit suggestions. Unfortunately, it’s not working. The following message appears: “That change isn’t allowed at this time and won’t be sent for review”
Unfortunately, this error occurs quite often. Even in the latest beta.
Here are 3 examples:
I am getting the same thing with Edit Suggestion / Map Suggestions in both Prod and Beta. It started in Beta last week but I could still process the Suggestion in Production. Now that is not even working.
All of these give the “That change isn’t allowed at this time and won’t be sent for review” In a black box along the bottom of the screen after clicking on the Update Map button on the Map Suggestion.
Have tried in both Prod and Beta and on different days and still get the same error message.

The team is actively working on a fix, and I will let you know once it is available.
User already made some changes, I couldn’t accept them.
When I click “Accept”, Save icon doesn’t light up.
But “Reject” works without problem, which I did first time.
Told user to make changes again, and again I cannot accept changes, only on this location.

I’m afraid we won’t be able to investigate this issue properly because the suggestion has already been rejected. I suggest adding a map note next time this happens.
Steps to reproduce this issue:
When I try to approve the edit suggestion linked below, the error message “That change isn’t allowed at this time and won’t be sent for review.” appears at the bottom of the screen. I cannot see any issues that would prevent me from accepting it.

Left click to selct the edit suggestion linked below
Left click on the “Update map” button in the map suggestion panel
Notice the error: “That change isn’t allowed at this time and won’t be sent for review.” pops up and no change is made.
The following I cannot even get to approve - I select “Update Map” it doesn’t select. Though if I reject I get the rejection form pop-up
A few weeks ago this was initially was happening when a segment had something like traffic lights, but like in this PL and recording, there’s no traffic light anywhere on the segments

Performance issue Steps to reproduce this issue:
When I tried to accept a map suggestion from one of our local editors (L4), the WME did not accept it and showed me an error message (That change isn’t allowed at this time and won’t be sent for review); I also tried to approve it in the beta version of the WME without success and getting the same error message.
I suggest adding a map note next time this happens.
