Can't accept suggestion - Error "Something went wrong - couldn’t add those suggestions"

Different from the other bug I just reported, but on similar segment types.

In 2020 an editor paved a road here:

@Chris3M has come along and suggested changes to these segments. I can’t see any history on these segments, there does not appear to be any recent changes or splits. When I click the suggestion for the first time, it says:

Suggestion not added
Something went wrong - couldn’t add those suggestions.

Occurs in both prod/beta without scripts.

As far as I know, this occurs when a segment with a suggestion on it is split. I don’t know of any other conditions. Happen to learn.

I have some trouble with this suggestion

I can`t do anything with it. There is no options to reject or approve (they both are grayed out).
Here you can see it.

Please help to resolve this issue (and yes, I see that segment was created by splitting by another editor).

I rejected it in Beta. It’s unenviable in prod.
