I’ll try next time if it happens again as @brepilef has already accepted the suggestion.
I’m curious why it would prevent accepting the suggestion - have you noticed any other instances where missing parking lot operators would affect map suggestions for nearby parking road segments?

And one small request: if you come across this error again when trying to accept suggestions, I would appreciate it if you could create a new bug report for it so we can keep track of it more efficiently.

This bug is totally related to City name in a new segment when creating a map suggestion, as follows:
City “None” and name “None”, PL:
the server returns a lockRank 5 for the segment name edit
City “None” and name filled, PL:
But when we fill the city, the problem goes away, PL:
