Hi @sulstore,

Thank you for flagging this issue!
I have filed an internal ticket to investigate it and will keep you posted on further updates.

Hi @sulstore,

Just a quick follow-up question: is this suggestion returned after you apply the “Managed area” filter?
There seems to be an issue with permissions not being applied correctly and we’re trying to find out why.

Thank you,
Olesya

Hi, using any of the 3 filters (area visible on the map, areas I manage, or specific area) I get the same error.

Hello @sulstore,

May I just ask you to provide the username of the level 6 editor, for whom you said it also failed?
We found that the issue with this suggestion is that it suggests a new city (empty - '") and therefore level 6 would be required.

Best,
Olesya

Hi, the person who tested it was @IdomarCerutti

I believe that this information about the segment (name, state, city, country) should be visible before we approve it.

I have here the same error. When a level 6 editor try to resolve he got another error message:

https://waze.com/pt-BR/editor?env=row&lat=-25.81807&lon=-48.53388&zoomLevel=20&venues=204146182.2041265210.41542317&editSuggestions=91389642-5f00-4cb7-a5a6-affcc371c741

Even the new editor could delete the internal way!

Thank you for your response @sulstore. We’ll be looking into this further.
This information would normally be displayed after you click “Apply”.
But of course this is not possible if you cannot apply the suggested changes.
I will keep you posted as our investigation progresses.

Best,
Olesya

Thank you for sharing this example @pedaleiro_cwb, I’ll pass it to the team so we can look into it more closely.

May I just ask you what you mean by “delete the internal way”?

Best regards,
Olesya

Shure! I meant parking lane.

Hello @sulstore,

I just checked again IdomarCerutti’s account and it seems he’s not an AM in that area.
I’ll check who might be able to approve this suggestion among the managers in charge of this specific area.
Meanwhile, we’re (hopefully) getting closer to the root cause,

Hi @pedaleiro_cwb,

Thank you for the clarification. Can we try to accept this suggestion on our end? This is just to gather more information from the console, which will available after we get the error.

Best,
Olesya

It’s ok now
