Map Suggestions can only be accepted by L6 editors

This bug is totally related to City name in a new segment when creating a map suggestion, as follows:

Hi @Gabriel25893 the object in the payload is zero-indexed, so 0 corresponds to lock level 1, 1 to lock level 2, and so on.

I believe it is locking at level 6 because it is identifying an empty city field as a new city, and only L6 editors can create new cities. Could you provide a screenshot showing how you set the city to “None”? Do you start by typing “Nen…” and then select “Nenhum” from the list?

exactly, it’s level 6 (rank 5).
I just selected “Nenhum” from the list (in this case there was only “Maringá” and “Nenhum” (none) in the list, so I didn’t need to type any filter
