Suggest an edit - Cannot reject abuse due to error: "Something went wrong - couldn’t add those suggestions"

Is this a…:
Standard bug
Steps to reproduce this issue:
I was reviewing edit suggestions and found an obvious spam edit. I attempted to reject it but was unable because of the error message “Something went wrong - couldn’t add those suggestions”.

I am suspicious that the merge was created by the suggester:

If the suggester merges the node does it cause this error? If so, could they spam the map with these and there’s nothing I could do to reject them? I also can’t report these to Waze as spam using the SaE feature.

Regardless, I’ve got a spam report I can’t do anything about.

Hi @LostInMyMaps,

Thank you for your input.
I have raised an internal ticket to look into this case. The ‘Reject’ button is active on my end and the ‘Update map’ is disabled, so it won’t be added to the map anyway.

I’ll keep you posted on further updates.

All the best,
Olesya

Hi @LostInMyMaps,

Just to follow up on this, could you please provide a screen recording capturing the Console tab when you open this suggestion?
Also, did you use any scripts when interacting with this map suggestion?
I’ll appreciate your response.

Best,
Olesya

Here’s the video with no scripts. The errors in the console at the start of the video were on load of WME.
