Steps to reproduce this issue:

  1. Suggest an Edit for road segment update.
  2. Ask fellow editor to reject it.
  3. Rejected mail lands pretty late in your inbox.

Reported & rejected in ROW at around 9:06 PM but email arrived around 9:35 AM next morning.

Reported and was rejected in IL at around 3:29 AM but email arrived around 9:39 AM.

There has been an update on this case - these emails are scheduled to be sent from 9am - 9pm local time, therefore this would be working as designed.
