In Argyle (zip code 76226), directions to by pass traffic at FM 407 and US Highway 377 N sends drivers to use Cook Street through the Oaks of Argyle Neighborhood and exit art Myrtle Drive or vice versa. At end of Cook Street there is a closed gate that can only be entered by neighborhood residents. So drivers run into a dead end either way.

Our map is already set up to prevent any routing through the Cook St gate and should not offer a bypass route through the neighborhood. We have had this set up since 2020. I just tested in my app and it appears to still be working as it is supposed to.
Maybe another navigation apps is providing bypass routes through the neighborhood.
