Directions send drivers to a closed gate

In Plano (zip code 75024), directions into our neighborhood send drivers to enter at the intersection of Corporate Drive and Montmartre Way. At that intersection is a gate that can only be entered by neighborhood residents. Directions should direct people to enter our neighborhood at Spring Creek Pkwy and Dupont Drive.

I’ll take a look. There is no private entrance currently defined, so I can set it up.

What about the gate at Spring Creek and Meadowlands Drive? Is that still exit only?

Correct that one is exit only. There is also a gate at Tennyson and Beauregard Ln that is exit only. The only entrance for the public is at Spring Creek Pkwy and Dupont.

Thanks. I wasn’t able to drive past there yesterday to take a look, so I had a couple of additional questions since the satellite and street views in that area are old.

  1. At Montmartre and Corporate, is there a crossover in that median? Or can traffic leaving the neighborhood only turn to the right?

  2. Is the exit at Montmartre available for use by everyone, or is it only for residents?

  1. There is no crossover in the median, so all traffic must turn right there.

  2. The exit at Montmartre is available to everyone. Every exit in the neighborhood is available to everyone.

Thanks! Then this should be set, it will just take a couple of days to make it into the app once the map is rebuilt. I set up the main entrance on Dupont as a private entrance so that no one inadvertently gets routed through your neighborhood going to other locations. And then made the Montmartre entrance with a double private segment so that it prefers the main gate at Dupont. But all exits are available to anyone, so it should route to the closest exit when they leave.
