What would be the best way to report a flagging job?
By doing this we can let other wazers know about flagging jobs in their areas thus allowing them to take a detour, alternate routes or allocate extra time for their drive.

When they work on a road or street and control the traffic flow with a person handling a stop/slow sign controlling the direction and duration of traffic flow.
Is like a school crossing guard with the stop sign but manned by 2 people and the beginning and end of the work zone alternating the direction, controlling the speed and time of flow. Usually traffic slows down due to the wait for the turn to go thru the construction.
