I live in the Encanterra Community in Queen Creek. My address is 1770 E. Maygrass Ln.

We are a gated community and there is only one attended entrance at Encanterra Dr and Combs Rd.

Most times your directions send people to the gates on Kenworthy Dr. A code is needed to operate these Kenworthy gates. Is it possible to default the directions to enter the community at the main gate at Encanterra Dr and Combs Rd.? For safety reasons we do not want to give out our gate code.

Yes we can absolutely adjust Waze to only route to the main gate for the community. I’ll take a deeper look at this community in particular and report back here when the problem is fixed.

I’ve made the gate adjustment at the far end of Kenworthy Rd…but I see several other entrance gates into the community. Are the Algarve and Good Life Way gates also resident only? Or is either or both of them general use?

Algarve and Good Life gates are residents only as well.

Thanks for that additional information. I’ve made adjustments at all the gates. Going forward, people will only be routed to the community via the entrance on Combs. If you do decide to use the resident only gates, Waze should re-route you through the gate once you pass through it, but it will never default route you through a resident only gate.
