Steps to reproduce this issue:
A remote closure is validated by official authority (upon inquiry).
I can confirm that:
Closure is not active in Waze
Closure is indeed active in Google Maps

Thank you for your report. Just to make sure I got it right - are you referring to this closure? As far as I can tell, it has been there since 12 March and there is no history of this closure being suspended.

Sadly I can’t tell you when the closure in Google Maps took place.
I just found out when got in touch with related authorities.
