HELP ME! Please!

Hi, I should be with username Kikistophere, and this is my dad’s account.

So here is the story…
I love Waze and I’m almost using it everytime outdoor recently. I have registered in Waze website with my email and Kikistophere username. All things going well, I’m not a Baby Wazer anymore, and I have got 2000+ points, I tried map editor, and I thought I will share this Waze app to my dad. And I put my username at my dad’s phone, because I still too lazy making account for him that time. Few days later, I wanted to make my dad account, and I made this account, that I’m using. And, well, surprisingly, even the account was newly made, my dad reached the same level and stats as mine. Tonight, I want to login with Kikistophere account, BUT it written “invalid username and password”. I thought my password is wrong, so I clicked Forgot Password and type my e-mail. Strangely, it written that the e-mail is not in use in Waze!!!

Please, somebody help! I need your help ASAP, as I worried all my “hardworks” are gone… :frowning:

Sounds Kinda impossible to me…
Each email-address is only connected to one single account. And it’s impossible to change your username in waze!
And the points and data, connected to your account is stored online (so not in the device.)

-> so if this is real, what you’re writing: I’ve no idea. Perhaps you should contact the support…

Did you really put your username into the phone as a logged-in account or did you just change the nickname? Nickname and username are different fields. Nickname has no relationship to any account. It’s just what shows on-screen.

He said, that his email wasn’t found by waze for resetting his password (which seems unreal for me… :expressionless: )

Yes, it seemed impossible, but it happened!

I put my nickname at my dad’s phone at first, then I registered my dad’s phone with a new account.
When I logged in into Waze website, it can’t!

Unless…
