Hi gang,

This one needs some attention by a L3, or downlocking to L1 to restrict HGV’s as there is a 6’ 6" width restriction.

Hi Jon,

I’ve input the restriction as requested but it won’t actually make any difference. The Waze app only has settings for “private vehicle” or “taxi”. There is no “lorry” option so at present routing will always ignore lorry restrictions.

Waze is not marketed for HGV drivers, and any trying it will soon give up as they stuck at low bridges, or indeed width restrictions. The SatNav being used to direct HGV’s down this road is most unlikely to be Waze.
