I have been trying to update the road width of my road (Queens Road, London, SW14 8P ) as it is wrong on waze and lorries come down our road, get stuck and scratch all our cars.
The width is currently set at default 9 feet but needs to be 7.5 feet coming from Upper Richmond Road towards South Worple way and at 8 feet width in the section from Princes Road going north to South Worple Way.
I am not a Level 3 editor nd wondered if a Level 3 could make this amendment for me?

The road width setting in Waze is generally used to help with GPS positioning and matching drivers to the correct road, especially where roads are close together or run parallel.
As Waze is a navigation app for cars rather than HGVs/lorries, we would not typically modify the road width setting to reflect a physical width restriction or to discourage larger vehicles from using a road - especially as at present, there isn’t an “HGV” setting or a way to set your vehicle width within the app.
This may be a feature that becomes available in the future, but it’s not something we’re currently able to modify or enforce as map editors.
As far as I know, this is not a feature Waze is currently looking to implement.
