From the topic https://www.waze.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=404&t=74318 a discussion on the abbreviations for the road type Lane.
Does anyone have an opinion about the abbreviation for Lane? As recommended by glomp it would be best for as many people as possible to chime in with what they believe should be used, if any.
As I added Ln without thinking this morning to the wiki I have now removed it as everyone deservers the opportunity to discuss this as a community.

The generic abbreviation Wiki says to use Ln and claims TTS (Test to Speech) compatibility: https://www.waze.com/wiki/Abbreviations_%26_Acronyms
Thus I would use either Lane or Ln. Only use La if someone here can confirm TTS compatibility.
TTS will say lane for both La and Ln
I can confirm that La works. Streets such as “La Estrada Way” are pronounced “lane estrada way”.
I’m pretty sure that Ln works as well and its the abbreviation I use as per the wiki and signage.
