Reason for request: Turn restrictions are not configured correctly. Would like to change the turn restrictions to reflect proper turns. Would also like to ensure waze does not ask users to do u-turns, as they are forbidden from all directions
Lock level lowered. As long as the median segment is <15m, there should be sufficient routing penalty to avoid the u-turn.

I have made the modifications. As for the distance between to avoid uturns, is it 15m and lower, or must be below 15m? (Current distance in exactly 15 meters) Live map is not allowing to make any uturns anyway, just curiois.
