Reason for request:
The UR says no left turn from King’s Road (S bound) onto Pan Hoi St (E bound).
This is due to temporary road closure (See TD notice). Another editor has changed Pan Hoi St from two way to one way (W bound only), but I believe it is better to map it as road closure with the time restriction as specified in TD notice (Mon-Fri 10am-4pm, Sat 10am-6pm).
Since road closure requires L5 on WME, please L5 editor help to add closure and resume two way for Pan Hoi St.
L3 should be able to add RTC.
Bear in mind that we cannot apply the closure until the segment has been updated.

…and now I found that the road type in this area is wrongly set to “Private Road”. :oops:
