Hi Editors,

I’d appreciate your help with a map update.

Reason: As Chairman of the Safety Committee at Breckenridge Golf and Tennis Association, we are asking WAZE to modify you map(s) to restrict entry into our Community off of Broadway Avenue. This gated entry is for residents only, and any commercial traffic, including deliveries are restricted. There is no callbox located at this entry.
The street name off of BROADWAY AVE W is called BRECKENRIDGE DR.

It is intended that WAZE users looking for any mapping directions into the Breckenridge Community, will be routed to the north entry off of S TAMIAMI Trail.

I appreciate all what you can do for our Community in this manner.

Waze is unable to differentiate from a visitor or a resident. Waze is mapped for commuters and we must consider all routes for a community’s residents. In the future we hope to have a solution for the resident vs visitor routing. Thank you.

For clarity, the request for restricting entry off of Broadway Ave. onto Breckenridge Drive, comes from the residents of the Community. This RESIDENTS ONLY gated entry, gets NON-RESIDENT traffic blocked, and results in vehicles backing onto Broadway Ave.
Kindly reconsider our request for Restricted routing.
