Everything is empty in my dashboard… (world.waze.com)

And there are no Facebook Connect button in the page, only a label saying “Facebook Connect:”.
If I update Personal Details it says “Details updated successfully”, but the next time I open the dashboard it’s empty again.
And why is user name editable? My first thought was that it meant “the user’s name” aka my real name, but I soon realised (it told me that user name was already taken) that it actually meant username.
There is currently a delay processing routes travelled on the world server. If you didn’t use case prior to 12th Jan then the dashboard will have zero points to register. Give it a little time to catch up and it should sort itself out!
Not sure about the facebook issue, only on my mobile and it’s hard to iron these issues out without being on a bigger screen!

I understand that the routes and stuff uploaded from the app takes some time to get in-sync (even though 9 days is way too long), but what about my personal information? Shouldn’t that be updated immediatly when I press the update button?
Keep in mind that I’m only taking about the web now. I haven’t tried to update anything from the droid.
What personal information do you mean?
I meant the info under the headline “Personal Details”.
But never mind. Now the information is there.

I got the same thing just now. Was updating my area. Got booted. Then when I logged back in, all my info was gone except for my location, BD, and nickname. 
No idea why.
If you look here http://status.waze.com/ You will see they are aware of and working on some major delays on the world.waze.com servers. I am sure that just like the earlier delays on the US servers they world servers will get fixed and back up to date.
