Hi, I am having the same issue here Same errormessage on saving the rejection.

I am also having some trouble with Map Suggestions from other editors. I cannot accept this suggestion to change speed limits on 5 segments. But I was able to accept another suggestion from the same editor just to the north on the same road going around the corner.
