Sounds familiar… I ran into the same sitiuation when I posted about improving pickup and drop-off accuracy, and it only moved once a local editor reviewed the details. If you share your store’s exact location coords or a WME permalink in your country’s map editors forum, area manager can update it for you since they have the right permissions.
