New features/improvements:

UR email overhaul
Following community feedback, the team has announced an overhaul of the Update Request (UR) email flow. This new version focuses on clarity, better context, and more informative automated communication to support your map editing contributions.
This change was gradually rolled out to the IL and NA environments over the past week. Next week, the updated email flow will be released to the ROW environment as well.

4 bug fixes have been released:

Edit Suggestions: We’ve fixed one of the scenarios of an issue where a white space added to a city or street name was not removed. This created duplicate elements and forced manual „Edit Suggestions“ instead of applying updates directly. Spaces are now automatically removed. (Bug ID: 402340)

Turn restrictions: We fixed a known issue (mentioned in the WME 2.352 topic) where connecting a node to another segment incorrectly showed a green (allowed) u-turn icon indication before saving. This icon is now correctly shown as red (forbidden) before and after saving.

UR load reduction: The team resolved an issue where multiple URs submitted in a single session sent email notifications referencing only the first report, forcing editors to manually search for the others. (Bug ID: 402961).

UR Replies: The team fixed a bug that caused a single response to an Update Request to be sent multiple times, resulting in duplicate emails for the same Update Request ID. With this fix, responses will not be duplicated, ensuring that only one email will be sent per response. (Bug ID: 403998)
