Passes stopped working

Steps to reproduce this issue:
Users are complaining that passes stopped working. Recently we’ve added Low Emission Zone “SCT Krakow” to the app, it was working fine. Now users are reporting that Waze is ignoring it and route is going via zone.
Also i’ve tried to calculate route inside this zone - Waze is not asking to add a pass, just simply calculating route…
Could you please urgently check this issue?

Thank you for flagging this issue.
I see you have recreated the zone now. I’ve been told the previous zone had been deleted and I will try to gather some information on it—I’ll keep you posted.

As discussed via chat, I will mark this report as fixed now. Additional guardrails will be considered to prevent accidental restricted area deletion in the future.
