No option to add a pass restriction on BJ path

Steps to reproduce this issue:
I have consulted this with Gil (@Rickendude) in Athens and he confirmed that this is a bug…

If I am trying to add (in fact return back) a restriction on BJ path there is missing the “Requires a pass option” under the + Button in Restriction menu.

Steps:

• create a BJ
• try to add a restriction on a path within it
• find out there are only two options, the third (“Requires a pass option”) is missing

Interesting thing is when you add a BJ on a segment which will be exiting from BJ and this one has a pass restriction then you can actually see this restriction on BJ path, you can delete it, but you cannot change the pass itself.

Turns themselves only have the option to add a restriction on vehicle type and not even minimum passengers. Is this not just because pass restrictions are only available on segments? (and restricted areas)
