Please block resident only gate to my neighborhood

My guests are constantly sent to the gate that is transponder only for residents and then call me in a panic because they cant get in and I have to tell them over the phone how to get to the main gate. It is also a pain when I go to enter through this gate and someone else’s guest has it blocked with a row of cars behind them. The resident transponder restricted entrance is:

Please remove this from the app since all of the residents are aware the gate is there. The only other entrance to the neighborhood is the main gate, which is the only way guests and deliveries can enter the neighborhood anyway.

Waze is a commuter targeted app, so we map to the resident in a gated community. Unfortunately your request is against our mapping standards.

The only workaround I can suggest is to create a place point at the guest gate and tell your guests to search for that point to get to your house.
