Community name is Magnolia Estates. Hello Waze is routing everyone to our residents only gates. They have no access or code boxes for visitors. There are four of them 2 at outrider rd and mountain ash way and 2 at outrider rd and tarragon ln. The main gate for visitors is at perrine ranch rd and mountain ash way. I attached a screenshot the boxes in red are the residents only gates and the green box is the front entrance for visitors and residents, Any help would be appreciated

Hello and thank you for posting. This is a well-known problem for all restricted access communities and not presently solvable with the technologies available to us. Presently, we configure the map to cause inconvenience to the LEAST amount of users, presumably the residents. We have no means to differentiate between who is a resident and who is a guest or commerical service (food delivery, ride share, etc). It is incumbent upon residents to adivse their guests the location of the visitors entrance.
As a personal aside, I drive for a rideshare company and cannot count the number of times I’ve been routed to a resident’s only entrance by the rideshare app, so I truly understand the problem. So does Waze.
