I tried to find this anywhere, but can’t find it. What are the differences between Pay Per Section Count and Pay Per Section? :?

Pay Per Section is simple payment for each section.
Pay Per Section Count is a method that the payment depends on the number of segments.
For Example a toll road with many segmens:
The price for any 2 segments will be x.
The price for any 3 segments will be y.
The price for any 4 or more segments will be z.
