Rank to low to change an incorrect restriction

Can someone tell me who I can get with to have an incorrect restriction changed? My rank is to low but I travel this route daily and can verify the restriction has one of it’s times listed wrong.

This road is yet to be named, but it paved and will be the entrance to a huge recreational center next to a high school. I just need it connected to Hwy 11. I will add the details as they become available. Thanks

I actually sit there early in the AM hours running radar, so it is applicable.

Yet another private road on US 280 that is very popular with both the State Troopers and County units as a spot to run radar that is should be added to the map even though it is a private road. And as for the private roads, seeing as they serve little purpose as far as routing goes I don’t see any reason that they should be added to the map. The first road, however, can be connected.
