Standard bug
Steps to reproduce this issue:
When trying to work through historical map suggestions (mostly Google Maps suggestions), some of the suggested changes have already been manually applied. When that happens, there is no way in the UI to close the suggestion out. When hovering over the grayed out Apply button, the hovertext shows “Select a resolution to update the map”.
To reproduce this on-the-fly, you can find a map suggestion for a speed limit or paved status. Manually apply the changes to the segment (ignoring the map suggestion). When you return to the map suggestion, the individual change shows with a green checkbox, but the overall suggestion can’t be closed out.
I understand this is a bit of an edge case, but it is preventing a subset of suggestions from being removed from the queue.
