Reporting issues (traffic, police, etc) from browser

hey,

I have kind of an unusual edge case but my desk overlooks a major intersection (peachtree/roswell/paces ferry) in atlanta so I’m able to see events (traffic, accidents, construction, police, etc) occurring across a pretty good radius from my desk. I would like to be able to report them throughout the day (work permitting) but can’t figure out how to do this (report an event other than where it thinks I am) w/app or browser .

is there a way to do this? again, I realize this is probably an unusual use case but figured it couldn’t hurt to ask.

Waze has ways to do this within contracted partnerships with radio stations or local traffic management authorities, but it’s not possible to report anything except through the Waze app for Other Waze users.
