I saw these today and I have no idea exactly what they are. The wiki doesn’t address them (no pun intended) either. Does anyone have a clue? Unfortunately my drive never updated and doesn’t show. Is this a common occurrence?

Home Access Road Program (HARP): These are roads and driveways that have been given names and numbers in an effort to assign addresses to houses. Many of these had segments mapping them from the original data import, but very few of them are named. I believe these type of roads are unique to West Virginia as well.
If the road has not been named go ahead and name it “Peace Point Rd” as the primary name that is visible on the map.
I’ve heard of the HARP roads before but I hadn’t seen that particular signage. Should HARP XXX be added as an alternate name for these?
I did some google-fu and found this article on HARP and Delta Roads:

That led me to this:
Which you may already have known about but I didn’t. It appears to be the Holy Grail of accurate city and regional street naming for many cities/areas in West Virginia. Since it is a government source I’m assuming it’s ok to use right? Buried in that directory are 2015 GIS maps of all WV counties that include all the route numbers and names including the HARP roads.
