The restricted entrance to Marbella Isles, Naples FL 34109, off Airport Rd is on a private street, Coronado Dr. Visitors and service people are being constantly routed to this restricted automatic entrance that requires a barcode to open. They have to then either call the residence for further directions to the Livingston Rd manned entrance or, in some cases, they try to get in behind a resident & damage the gates.

Hi @Abuelali and Welcome to the Forum, after checking the issue, with gates is hard because sometimes the main entrance does not have an address so in those cases the owner is responsible for letting Visitors/Deliveries where is the right entrance. i understand that this might be a headache, but fortunately there is an address for the Main entrance at 13705 Monticello Blvd. that is the Main Gate location. i already asked for someone to add this location and this will help with the issue. as soon as we get an update we let you know. thank you for bringing this up.
Hello @Abuelali, the place for the main Gate was created, and should appear in the App in 1 to 2 days and sometimes up to a week. but this should improved the routing to main gate, you just have to make sure that anyone going to the complex search for 13705 Monticello Blvd, so they can get to the Main Gate otherwise they will be route to the closest gate and that might be the wrong Gate so keep that in mind. thank you for bringing this up.
