Strange final routing to destination

Had a UR response to a strange route to a final destination, and this is the result on my phone:

The destination is to the DVSA on Middlewood Rd in Sheffield.

I’ve now added a Waze Place onto the map linking the Google entry (Permalink), but I’m still puzzled why Waze would give this route when the Google entry is in the correct place.

Any suggestions?

Seems I’ve fixed this by adding either parking roads or the Place (or both). I still can’t understand why it didn’t route to the nearest segment before this though.
