Turn guidance missing road shield text

  3. Is it happening in all the country or only in certain segments?

select segment :

click on Lane -> Edit lane guidance
Add a new lane (3)
enable 3rd lane to ‘Rocade Extérieure’
click ‘Apply’ and the save

we have a saving error message :

  • Turn guidance missing road shield text

The issue occurs to me only here actually. It does not hapen in all the country. But if I found more example, I’ll add to this post.

  • Select segment ID 273769163
  • Edit Turn instruction
  • clear ‘Visual instructions’
  • Add roadshield with “RING Est”
  • Click Apply
  • Save

Error on saving : “Modifying GuidanceMode is allowed only for CS Lanes”

Tried those steps and couldn’t reproduce, you can see the segment was last edited by me.

Hi,

We are currently working to fix this, in the meantime as a workaround you can:

  • Remove the roadshield without text from the turn guidance
  • Edit lanes or other attributes of the turn
  • Add the roadshield back
