I checked the permalink and the segment selected has no roadshield.

Do you have “WME Road Shield Assistant”? if not install it and you will see, it is not a bug of the addon because
the nearby cities haven't this problem

Road Shield Assistant is not looking at the app to display the shield, it is looking at the segment properties. Since RSA is showing them, my guess is that there is some hidden setting in the background that has the shield on it which is causing it to be displayed.
When I look at the console for this segment

W.model.streets.getObjectById(21763844).signType
and
W.model.streets.getObjectById(21763844).signText
I show signType = 1066 and signText = N684
So there is definitely a shield linked to that segment somehow.

Unfortunately it is not the only one. At first view updating all segments with the same street name works perfectly even if the name is empty
e.g.: Here all unnamed segments " of the city are concerned.
What do we do with this problem?

My post was mostly meant to help Ruben find the possible issue. I didn’t check other segments, but based on your original screenshot from the app, I am guessing the issue is the same.
I don’t know what/if anything can be done on the editor side since the shield is actually not visible to the editor. My guess is something got corrupted somehow.
Oh sorry i missed the first screenshot from the app.
I would say, you can try to delete the segment and create it again and see if the issue persists.
If it persists or you find similar issues, you can open a bug/local issue and we will investigate.

They are not visible on the segment in WME, they are only visible in the app. I found them by looking at the console for WME with no scripts.

This seems to the problem is related to the script behaviour. May I ask you to get in touch with this script author and ask him to make adjustments? He can contact us if he has related questions.

line 1009 : new WazeWrap.Interface.Tab(‘RSA’, $rsaTab.html, setupOptions);
it seems that “new” must be removed

We have the same problem in France, a whole department with a “C29” roadshield on all segments of any type without a name (No street, No city, Isère)
