Some of the users - Champs/Beta testers etc. have a badge in the right pane.
How to enable that?

Become a Champ/Beta tester etc. 
Sorry, I’m afraid it’s not a user-selectable option. It’s been done “to” us and is based purely on membership of the chosen groups.
Having said that, I had no idea it was coming, so I wouldn’t rule out the possibility that it might be extended in the future.
They are based on your forum group memberships - If you go to https://www.waze.com/forum/ucp.php?i=167 and set the radio button (dot) on the left to the group you want to be your default group, then all the way at the bottom click on the button that says “Change default group”.
If you aren’t in the forum groups, either you aren’t a Champ/Beta Tester/etc or Waze screwed up and didn’t put you in the correct groups when you became a Champ/Beta Tester.

Thanks for the link, but I do not have anything in the left side, and in the button it is only possible to select Resign, Join or Demote…
And yes, I’m beta tester for both Android and WME, and CM in DK
