I live in a gated community and drivers are constantly being routed down our private roads to our gates to get to a destination that is not in our neighborhood. If a homeowner within our community opens one of the gates to enter, these drivers will enter behind our cars. We have posted trespassing signs, but the drivers tell us their GPS is taking them through our neighborhood.
How can we get maps updated to reflect these private roads that are gated?

Since this was sent to me prior to moving to the Texas forum, I took a look so that I could let the locals know.
Your community is already set up with Private Roads which is how Waze maps gated communities.
The people going through your neighborhood are not using Waze. Waze only routes to that neighborhood if the destination is on one of the two streets.

I agree with subs5. Waze is set up correctly. I just tested in my app and was not routed through the subdivision.
Thank you for your prompt reply. I have sent the same notification to Google Maps. Hopefully they can make a change in their maps.
