There are two entrances to our neighborhood. One is a side entrance for owners who have a remote clicker for the gate. There is no call box or keypad for those who do not have a clicker. Waze always routes people to this entrance when traveling to the back part of the neighborhood. The guest has to place a cell call to determine they need to back track to the main gate to gain access to the call box. How do I request that this entrance be removed from Waze?
Can you provide cross streets and city so we can look into it?
A link to the location from Google Maps will help a lot as well.
Thanks

There is a gate for another neighborhood across the street to the north . It is a main entrance. Ours to the south is a back entrance.
Thanks, I will look at this later and see what I can do.
Thanks again for the information. Can you confirm something else for me so that we can try and get this setup so it works correctly as possible for visitors to the neighborhood.
For my reference:
Ensenada Dr. = main gate
Oblate Dr = back gate
I can see that visitors can only enter from the main gate and residents can enter from either gate.
Can visitors leave from either gate, main gate or back gate?
Or can they only leave from the main gate?
Can residents leave from the both gates or just the main gate?
Based on recent testing, this should be resolved…please confirm @MsquaredAg
Just following up. It looks like this was remedied. If so, you can close request out. Thank you!
