Routing into Gated Community

I was looking at the following report: here.

The driver was apparently trying to get to an address within a gated community and Waze attempted to route him through one of the rear gates. Without an access card/code, you must enter through another gate that has a guard shack.

What’s the proper way of getting Waze to route through a primary/guest entry? The report location is actually somewhat north of the problem location. The gated community is southeast of Eldridge Pkwy and Tanner Rd. The guard shack is on Lakes on Eldridge Dr, accessed from Eldridge Pkwy, and the rear gate is on Eldridge Way, accessed from Tanner Rd.

There is nothing we can do about that. Waze is always going to route to the nearest route to get into a community. The only thing we really can do is make the road accessible to the residents of that neighborhood a one way going out. That’ll then direct everyone to the front, residents and visitors.
