Hi Waze Community / Netherlands Champs,
I am seeking help to recover my legacy points. I moved from Brazil to the Netherlands two years ago, and during this transition, I lost over 100,000 points earned in Brazil.
The Situation:
Currently, my app shows only about 10,000 points (which I have earned since moving to the NL).
However, my total kilometers traveled on the Waze Web Dashboard still reflects my full history, proving the account data is linked.
The 100,000+ points from my time in Brazil have never synced over to my current profile in the app.
Troubleshooting already performed:
Multiple clean reinstalls (clearing cache/data) over the last two years.
Attempted server refreshes via ##@other commands.
Verified I am using the same login credentials as I used in Brazil.
It seems my “Driving Stats” (KM) migrated correctly, but my “Point Balance/Achievements” are stuck in the old region or haven’t been merged into the current regional view.
Could a Champ or Staff member assist in triggering a manual synchronization of my legacy points to my current account? I have put a lot of time into the Waze community and would love to have my original rank and progress restored.
