I tried adding two new streets using Waze Editor in our new subdivision (Stone Creek Estates) in Bountiful, Utah, but didn’t have permission. The first new street is E 50 N that connects through from N Moss Hill Dr to Bountiful Blvd. The second street is a cul-de-sac street. It is N 1575 E and connects to E 50 N. I’d also like to add our home address (1584 E 50 N, Bountiful, UT 84010). Thanks for your help! How can I get Google Maps to also add these roads? I’ve tried for 2 months on Google Maps with zero response.

I have added the missing roads and house numbers. It will take a few days to see it in the app.
We can also have issues getting Google Maps to update when we make suggestions. I will give it a shot as well. No promises on it though. But Waze should be good for you shortly.

I just joined Waze a week ago and noticed my neighborhood is not on Waze Maps yet. I would love some help as to where to start and maybe even one day, becoming a Waze Map Editor. This neighborhood is in Stansbury Park, Utah.

Thank you Mac. I do see the road I paved is now showing up on my map. There are several other short culdesac in that same area and I’d like to add the street names as well. Hows the best way to submit these other roads?
And can I earn points with any of these adds?

I don’t think it gave you editing points for the roads you added by paving, which is odd, because it clearly shows that you’re the creator:
This is a “PermaLink” or “PL” and takes you to a specific place on the map, within the map editor. Adding the others in here will definitely give you editor points.
It looks like it’s ripe for a few more roads to be added there, like you said. See this image:

I have some plugins set up that make more of these things visible, but you should be able to turn on the GPS layer at least, to see where people have been driving.
