Not enough characters for the road nameplate

Steps to reproduce this issue:
Good day.

In the Republic of Belarus, new road designations for approaches to cities from highways were recently introduced. In this regard, we do not have enough characters to specify the name on the road nameplate. The current limit is only 6 characters for the international road type (red nameplate). Please expand this value to 10 characters.
