It seems like anytime there is a fellow wazer close by, when i bring up the info it almost always says that they are moving less than 10mph, but every 10 seconds or so it will refresh the screen and show them in a new location showing that they are in fact moving. is this caused by them not having the GPS active on the device?
If their GPS was not active, how do you think they get moving on the map in the first place? Waze updates those states maybe once or twice a minute - time enough to drive from one red light to the next. It is an approximation anyway, there is no chance you can ever identify another Wazer on the road by following his icon on the map (except, maybe, in a desert?)
