Houston, TX - 77041 Gated Community - Lakes on Eldridge North

There is a resident only GATED entrance at the corner of West Little York and Enclave Vista (red arrow) that is for residents only. All mapped routes to the neighborhood should be routed to the general entrance at Tanner Road and Ginger Ponds (green arrow). As a side note, anyone can EXIT at West Little York and Enclave Vista (green arrow).

Finally…there is another gate that can not be used for entrance or exit into the neighborhood. That is at the corner of Sagewoodbend Lane and West Little York (red arrow). This gate can only be accessed by emergency personnel.

Looking at the way we have it set up, everyone should be routed through the main gate at Tanner and Ginger Ponds.
Exits can be done at the 2 locations you mentioned and no one should be routed through the emergency gate.

Are you see routing through the other gates to get into the community? If so, can you provide a screen shot of the app showing the route through one of the incorrect gates?

Thanks, I just tested in my app and was directed all the way around to main gate on Tanner. Even though the road for the other gates appear in the app, no one should be routed that way.

We have had it set up this way since Feb 2018. If people are being routed through these gates, it is most likely another app.
