This broke when City name completion is caps sensitive was fixed. And that got broken when the issue in this thread was fixed.

Could you possibly combine the two to avoid the ping-pong? :mrgreen:

They are separate tracker issues, so we need to leave them as separate threads. But you can add notes to the threads that point to each of them, like you did here. That is helpful.

I still can’t change upper/lower case on street name, both in beta and production wme.
or it there any way to change lower/upper case on street name?

Hi YanisKyr, we reopened the issue with staff when it resurfaced in January. As this forum post was still flagged as solved, I have now unflagged it to make it clear that the bug is still open.

A new editor added all street names in a small town in all-caps and we can’t fix them :roll:

If you don’t want to/can’t wait for the fix, you can use the Properties Editor in Toolbox to make the fix for now. (if it is in your options)Properties editor name.gif

Add a space at the end of the name before applying. It should allow you to change the case.

No. WME will remove the extra space automatically.

hi.

i’ve just noticed that everytime i try to change the street name from all caps, as it does not announce correctly, once i hit apply it defaults back to (all caps)? but i have now been told to make it work you have to include a (space) just before the first letter? that seems to be flawed in my opinion …
